Seven is lucky number for BPA students
Students from Madison-Plains High School brought home seven first-place awards from the recent regional Workplace Skills Assessment Program competition; one from each of the students who participated.

Rhyan Goodman, Ian Bowshier, Spencer Baker brought home first in the Global Marketing division; Elli Call and Hayden Howard took first in Presentation Management; and Haley Reed and Kailyn Seymour landed the top award for Small Business Management.

WSAP competitons are a central component of the Business Professionals for America program. The contests give students the opportunity to demonstrate true workplace skills they've learned through courses in their schools.

Madison-Plains competed against students from Dublin, Hilliard, Tolles, Upper Valley, Greene County and Sidney in the competition held at Beavercreek High School. The State Leadership Conference is March 8-9 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Nationals are May 9-13 in Dallas.
