Dear Madison-Plains Parents, Guardians, and Staff,
Good morning. Out of an abundance of caution, I wanted to let you know that a short while ago this morning, a .22 caliber bullet was found in a toilet in a boys’ restroom at Madison-Plains High School. The bullet has been removed from the toilet and an investigation is being conducted. Local law enforcement has been notified, as well. Please know that at this time, there is no known threat. As such, we are continuing with instruction as normal and students and staff are safe.
If there are any further developments that need to be communicated, I will do so.
