Open House, Hidden in Plain Sight
Dear Madison-Plains Parents and Guardians,
Greetings, Eagle Nation! I hope this finds you well and getting ready to enjoy a wonderful weekend! The purpose this e-mail is to share a few pieces of important information with you about the coming week!
First, we will be hosting Open Houses in the buildings for all of our students and their parents and guardians this coming Thursday evening, August 15th.
On the K-6 side of campus, Open House for our kindergarten through third grade students will be from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., and Open House for our students in grades four through six will be from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Also, on a related note, class lists are now posted on the Elementary and Intermediate School doors for students and their parents and guardians to come and see!
With regard to the 7-12 side of campus, Open House will be from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. for all students in grades seven through twelve. In addition to the Open House program that evening, the Madison County Department of Job and Family Services will be presenting the “Hidden in Plain Sight” program from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the High School library. This program is designed to provide parents, guardians, and other concerned adults with substance abuse awareness, education, and prevention methods for their children. It has been well-received in the past, and it is our pleasure to be able to host it again.
