If you are interested, please see Ms. Robbins in Guidance or Mr. Huffman in the office.
Seniors, It is time to submit your senior pictures, which you may submit by emailing Miss Leigh The picture guidelines and further information can be found in your email. Pictures are due May 1st. Any questions, please see Miss Leigh in room 119.
Attention Seniors: Mrs. Hiram needs your field trip forms by this Thursday if you are going to the Mt Sterling Community Center on Friday.
Madison-Plains will be creating a literary magazine featuring work from students. We will be publishing short stories, poetry, nonfiction, senior legacies, photography, and artwork. This is an opportunity for students to express themselves in creative, interesting ways. Please submit your work to Mrs. White through her email, or turn it in to her classroom, room 115, next to the civics room. Submissions are due by mid-March, with a planned publication date in early May.
Yearbooks for this school year are now on sale! The price starts at $55. You can purchase online or in person with cash or check. To order in person, see Miss Leigh. To access the online website, see the flyers posted around the school or your school email. You must order by April 1st.
The annual FFA banquet will be held on April 3rd beginning at 6:30 pm in the gym.

Students once you complete next year's scheduling requests online you need to turn in your scheduling sheet to your first period teacher. Forms are due no later this Friday March 28th. Both the scheduling sheet (with signatures) and online submission must be completed before being turned in. (Sophomores going to Tolles next year do not have to do the online portion, but must return the scheduling form with parent and student signatures).

The Required paperwork to participate is due by April 1st. This is for students new to CCP and students who are currently taking CCP classes this year.
Seniors,Today during Eagle Period (if you are not on the ICU list) please meet me at the front of the building to sign the senior rock! If you can not make it today (because of being absent, being on the ICU list, or being at Tolles) then stop in the office the next chance you get. Mrs. Whitaker or Mrs. Sparks will have a paint marker for you to sign the rock.

Students driving to school need a parking permit. Pick up an application form in the office. You must have completed Final Forms to receive your permit. A five dollar fee is also required. Seniors that paid to paint your spot do not have to pay the additional five dollar fee. If your car is not registered you are not permitted to park in the school parking lot until you do so.
Cell phones should be turned off and in your locker from 7:45 am until 2:50 pm every day. Teachers have been directed to strictly enforce this policy.
Students are not permitted to stay after school unsupervised to wait on a sporting event to begin.
Students, be sure to check your email every day. This is especially important if you are a senior or CCP student.
