This year is going to be very different but we are working hard to still make it a great auction. We have 3 aspects to our auction which will be described below. We are still seeking donations from the community, however this year there is a slight change. You will not be able to donate the night before the auction at the school as we have always in the past. We are asking that all donations be in by February 26th so that we may combine and make into lots we will be auctioning and then posted on the site. You can still take them to high School at anytime prior. You can also contact anyone in the Booster Club to take your donation.
The auction will begin March 6, 2021 8am and end at 8pm. Pick up of items will be March 7, 2021 at Madison Plains High School, 800 Linson Rd London, Ohio, 11am-2pm by drive up.
On this page you can choose to just donate straight to the auction without the purchase of any items. Also on this page you can choose to donate to the traditional 1pm Vallery Farmhouse Bakery cake for the Brandy Ernst Keller Scholarship. We will be unable to sell this cake in a special manner to raise the traditional funds so this is an alternative way.
We will be having a lunch with drive by pick up on March 7, 2021 11am-1pm at Madison Plains High School, 800 Linson Rd London, Oh. The lunch will include our football concession stand Chicken & Noodles and Mashed Potatoes (we know you have been missing them!) Green Beans, Dinner Roll and Pie for $7.00. All tickets must be pre-purchased by March 1, 2021.
A couple of additional items
We are using a free online site however they run solely on donations, so on each item/donation/ticket you purchase it automatically has a donation attached. You can choose to unclick the box and donate $0 or change the percentage amount. This is not something we can have automatically done for you, you just need to uncheck/change when you purchase anything.
The online auction link is up in running but keep in mind only large individual items will be one there until about 1 week prior to the auction. We will have to wait and collect items, combine into lots and then post. All items will continue to be post on this page as always so you can see them prior to the auction.
Please feel free to ask us any questions, we are sure there will be some glitches we did not foresee but are very willing to work out what we can. None of us have done this before so there is a learning curve for us, please be patient and kind.
