Our phone service provider was able to diagnose and resolve the problem with our phone system. Campus phones are now back up and functioning normally.

Dear MPLSD Parents and Guardians,
Over the weekend, due to the storms, our campus lost power. Since school has opened today, we have learned our campus phones are not working as they should be. The District is unable to make external calls, and external calls are unable to be received.
Our phone service provider is currently on site working to diagnose the problem. At this time we do not know how soon this matter will be resolved.
Please know if an emergency were to occur, cell phone service is still available for District staff.
I will work to provide an update once we have service restored.
