Dear Parents and Guardians,

Greetings!  The purpose of this post is to share some important information regarding food distribution and paper-based assignments.

For those who have students in need and who will be picking-up food today at one of the seven distribution locations, please know that due to availability issues, some of the food that was ordered does need to be refrigerated or kept frozen, and some of it also comes with heating instructions.  There is a note in each bag that explains which items need what, but I wanted to call to make sure you were on the look-out for that important information.

We have attempted to put into each bag five breakfasts and five lunches for each student who picks-up a bag, and we have prepared 450 bags!

Items were packed this morning and put in the freezer for safe-keeping until they will be taken to distribution sites.  Just a reminder that distribution will be from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., today, Wednesday, March 25, 2020.  A list of distribution sites can be found on our website.

Also, paper-based assignments for students who do not have on-line access at home have been placed in the mail, so students should be getting those soon.

Though this is a challenging time, we are working to make it as good as it can be.

We will get through this together!

Have a good evening!

Go Eagles!
