Boil Alert Lifted and Final Forms
Dear MPLSD Parents, Guardians, and Staff,

The purpose of this message is to share with you two pieces of information.
First, as I mentioned on Monday, the School District had to have our water tested after we lost pressure in the water system due to the power outage.  We have received our water test results back, and the water on campus meets the requirements needed and passed the test.  As such, MPLSD is no longer on a boil alert.
Secondly, the power outage and early dismissal on Monday demonstrated to us the importance of making sure the information in Final Forms is updated for our students.  Perhaps our biggest challenge on Monday was working to accommodate the number of change requests for transportation coming in by phone as we were preparing to dismiss.  As such, I am kindly asking that all parents and guardians please go into Final Forms and ensure all of the contact information and emergency dismissal plan information in the transportation information section for each of your children is up to date.  That will help us to provide better service to you, especially if a true emergency situation were to occur.  I am requesting that all parents and guardians to please try to have this completed within the next week.

Thank you, again, for your understanding and support.
Have a wonderful evening!
Go Eagles!
Chad Eisler, Superintendent
Madison-Plains Local School District
