Dear Madison-Plains Local School District Parents, Guardians, and Staff,

Good afternoon. The purpose of this message is to provide an update on
transportation.

Bus #6 is not able to run this afternoon, Tuesday, November 29, 2022. That bus has
been transporting both the Midway/Sedalia “in-town” students and the bus #4 students.
As a result, we will transport as follows this afternoon:

Bus #4 students will stay after school until bus #2 returns from its route, which will be
between 4:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Bus #2 will then transport the bus #4 students home
to Mt. Sterling.

Bus #5 will take the bus #6 “in-town” Midway/Sedalia students home first and then come
back and get the regular bus #5 students. Bus #5 should be able to begin its regular
route about 20-25 minutes later than normal. Bus #5 students will need to remain at
school until bus #5 returns for its regular route.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this causes. We continue our search for bus
drivers. Thank you for your continued understanding and support.
