Superintendent's Message

Chad Eisler, Superintendent
Fall 2021

Dear Eagle Nation,

Greetings and welcome to the 2021 – ‘22 academic year!  I am excited to get the new school year started, and I am looking forward to our students and staff returning to campus and engaging in the learning process!  That is the purpose for why we are here – to help students acquire their education in their preparation to go out and make a positive difference in the world!

It goes without saying that the past year-and-a-half has brought challenges not seen during the lifetimes of any of the professionals or the students in schools today.  We have worked hard to overcome those challenges, keep our students learning, and trying to keep things as normal as possible, both for our students and their families.  Clearly, though, it has not been “normal” for any of us!

As a school district, we have worked to provide the best education to our students that we can.  The vision is for the Madison-Plains Local School District to be a model of excellence in rural education.  That is what we are striving for, and we are making progress.  As a district, we are pleased to partner with our parents, guardians, community members, and community organizations in this process.  I look forward to working together in the continued journey towards excellence in all facets of our district operations!

I hope the 2021 – ’22 academic year is a successful one for all of our students, staff, families, and community.

Enjoy the year!

Go Eagles!

Kindest regards,

Chad Eisler, Superintendent
Madison-Plains Local School District
