Improvement Plan Process

The intent of the Madison-Plains Improvement Plan (MPIP) is to create a sense of urgency and passion within our community to understand the roles we all have in educating our youth, our future. The goals, strategies, and action steps outlined in the MPIP are written to unite all Madison-Plains employees in our quest to achieve our district's mission:

As a partnership of rural, agricultural communities,

the Madison-Plains Local School District will achieve excellence

through quality educational resources to maximize student success.

The current MPIP is a three-year plan developed in collaboration with teachers, administrators, parents, and the board of education. The implementation of this plan begins with the 2022-2023 school year. The MPIP is a working document and changes may be made throughout the school year as we continue to revisit and refine our goals and plans.
